Answer: Yes, with the right adjustment of the backpack straps it should fit on just fine.
Question: What is the fabric made of? Poly? Spandex? Nylon? I see what is the outer and absorbent layer made of? Does it work for anti-anxiety?
Answer: It's a very well-made 3-layer construction of polyester so it's fairly thick but surprisingly lightweight. I doubt it would work for anxiety.
